Here, the enemy has 2 spider colonies, but no worries.. we have one too..
My first approach:
Start by producing hightest ranks from all the colonies - Bazookas for ants, cannons for beetles, and missiles for the spider colony. Try to save as many ants as you can from the one above enemy spider colony. Bring down the missiles to the ant colony which would be under assault from spiders.. When it bursts, try to finish off the attacking spiders with the missiles and whatever ants were produced. Once you've killed off all the attacking spiders (by now, you'd be having several missile spiders), spare 1-2 to attack the red spider colony.. Others would be killing the attackers to the unoccupied ant colony. Once the first enemy spider colony pops, move over to there, start collecting seeds, but focus more on damaging enemy troops; when it regenerates as enemy colony, you can immediately pop it again.. Start collecting the seeds now, and also attacking the second spider colony.. You can bring down more missiles from the New York factory by now.. You'd be able to pop the 2nd spider colony also.. After this, there's no stopping us..
My more refined approach (with more experience):
In my second round of playing all the levels, I had a far easier time with this level. I knew my focus would be around the spider colonies.. So, this time I ordered bull ants in all the ant colonies.. this resulted in a much higher colony retention as they bred so fast. The beetle colonies were producing cannons as they were both sufficiently away from the enemies. And for the spider colony, I went with a mix of missiles and snipers.. Snipers are more efficient at killing off enemies.. but we need the missiles for colony attack. The rest of the approach was pretty similar.. take over the spider colonies.. then you've pretty much won.
